It is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. TRE® is a somatic body-based practice for people suffering from stress, anxiety, trauma, or PTSD.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT

It is a form of counseling intervention that stimulates acupressure points by tapping while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma. Tapping on the body can balance your energy system and treat pain. Tapping is an excellent resource for preteen and teen girls to learn empowerment methods as they grow into healthier adults.
