What is Embodied Coaching with Somatic Bodywork?
Embodied Coaching with Somatic Bodywork comes together to create The Regulated Body, a gentle and integrative approach that supports healing on physical, emotional, and nervous system levels. It combines awareness-based coaching with therapeutic touch, breathwork, and somatic (body-centered) practices to help you reconnect with your body’s own wisdom.
Instead of focusing only on thoughts or emotions, this approach works with the whole person — mind, body, and nervous system — to create lasting change from the inside out.
What is Embodied Coaching?
Embodied coaching is a conversation-based practice that brings awareness to how emotions and experiences live in the body. Together, we use breath, mindfulness, and reflection to explore the body’s cues and develop new pathways of regulation, resilience, and presence.
It’s not talk therapy — instead, it’s a body-centered process that integrates both mind and body wisdom.

TRE®
It is an innovative series of exercises that helps the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. TRE® is a somatic body-based practice for people suffering from stress, anxiety, trauma, or PTSD.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT
Tapping to release stress, ease tension, and restore emotional balance. Available in person or virtual appointments.
Craniosacral therapy (CST)
It is a gentle, hands-on technique that taps into the central nervous system. CST relieves tension and promotes well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
