Lymphatic Drainage Technique

Combined with Embodied Coaching and Somatic Bodywork, it helps calm the nervous system, release physical and emotional stress, and support overall well-being. This approach is especially helpful for pain, emotional stress, grief, or recovery from surgery or injury, providing a full-spectrum mind-body healing experience.
McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR)
The McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Technique is a gentle, hands-on method that releases adhesions and restrictions in scar tissue from surgery, injury, or trauma. Enhancing tissue mobility and circulation helps alleviate pain, stiffness, and discomfort, while promoting overall nervous system balance. When combined with somatic bodywork and embodied coaching, it enhances physical and emotional healing, allowing your body to move more freely and comfortably.
Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT)
The Myoskeletal Alignment Technique addresses chronic pain and structural imbalances in the body through targeted, hands-on work and guided movement. By releasing tension in muscles, fascia, and joints, MAT restores proper alignment, reduces pain, and improves posture and mobility. Integrated with embodied coaching and somatic bodywork, it supports deeper nervous system regulation, physical ease, and emotional well-being.
Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique (BEST)
A gentle, hands-on method that releases energy blockages, eases tension, supports nervous system balance, and enhances overall physical and emotional well-being. Works seamlessly with somatic bodywork and embodied coaching for full mind-body support.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping)
EFT is a gentle, mind-body approach that uses light fingertip tapping on specific energy points while focusing on thoughts or emotions. This process helps release emotional stress, reduce anxiety, ease physical tension, and restore a sense of balance and calm.
