Lymphatic Drainage Technique
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique that aims to stimulate the body's lymphatic system to promote the removal of toxins, excess fluids, and waste products from the tissues. The lymphatic system is a crucial part of the immune system, responsible for filtering and transporting lymph fluid, which contains white blood cells that help fight infection. By encouraging the flow of lymph fluid, lymphatic drainage massage can support detoxification, boost immune function, and reduce swelling.
Muscle Testing For Nutritional Guidance
B.E.S.T. Nutritional Guidance $48
Muscle testing, often called Applied Kinesiology, is a technique used to assess the body’s response to various stimuli (like food, supplements, or specific nutrients) by evaluating muscle strength and reaction. It is based on the principle that the body can respond to certain foods, chemicals, or environmental factors in a way that can be detected through muscle tone or strength changes.
In the context of nutritional guidance, muscle testing determines which foods or supplements may be beneficial or potentially harmful for an individual. The idea is that the body’s muscles will become weaker or stronger when tested with specific substances, providing insight into how well the body responds to them. We recommend using Standard Process supplements.
